Services & Fees

A Good Faith Estimate is available upon scheduling or upon request.

  • $200 / 60-minute session

In the initial session and assessment we will get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and review practice policies. I will gather information about your history, strengths and challenges, and provide treatment recommendations.

  • $150 / 50-minute session

These are on-going sessions where we will partner towards your goals. When we first start working together, I recommend weekly sessions for at least 8 weeks so we can keep the momentum going strong. After that, we can asses whether a different schedule would suit you and your goals.

Most people I work with find the benefits of weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

  • Reduced fee / 50-minute session

It’s important to me that therapy is accessible, and I recognize there might be a financial barrier for some. For this reason I reserve a limited amount of spots for individual therapy at a reduced cost. If you are interested in reduced fee therapy, please mention it in your consultation call.

 FAQs

  • All sessions take place virtually via a secure telehealth platform. I am not able to see clients who are outside of Washington State.

  • Our first meeting is 60 minutes so we have time to get to know each other, discuss your goals, review policies, and discuss how we will work together. After that, ongoing sessions are 50 minutes.

When we first start working together, I recommend weekly sessions for at least 8 weeks. After that, we can discuss if changing the frequency of sessions makes sense for you and your goals.

Some people have shorter-term goals and work with me for a few months, while others see me for longer. It all depends on what your needs and goals are.

If at any point you decide therapy isn’t working for you, you are always able to end therapy. I recommend a final session so we have an opportunity to review your progress, explore your plans going forward, and say goodbye.

  • It depends! I know that may sound like an annoying ‘therapist answer’ but here’s the thing - therapy works best when it’s focused on what you need. I don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach because you are your own unique person. I’m also not a ‘sit back and nod’ therapist. You can expect me to listen to you, challenge you, and roll up my sleeves to do the hard work of healing and changing with you.

I draw from and use various modalities, primarily Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

  • I do not accept insurance.

You may have out-of-network benefits which may reimburse you for part of my fee. If that’s the case you can submit a superbill (a type of receipt) to your insurance provider. I am happy to provide a monthly superbill to anyone who requests it.

You are responsible for contacting your insurance provider to ask about their out of network policies and reimbursement for associate clinicians.
